And she's sold!

WOW!  What a surprise for us!  Our house was on the market for one day and it sold within 10 minutes of the first showing!  All of that hardwork truly paid off!

Ben text me late in the afternoon yesterday asking if we could take a break from the house stuff.  We have been going at it nonstop every single day, and we desperately needed a break.  He asked if he could take me out to dinner, instead of cooking.  I didn't want to dirty up dishes since I thought we would have showings all weekend, so I agreed.  We decided to go to Chick-fil-A in Bloomington after work. 

We ordered our food and sat down in our usual spot.  Ben handed me a card that he said he wanted to give to me.  He wrote all these sweet things about how thankful he is for my help with the house and how stressful things have been between us with getting the house on the market (there have been a lot of tears, trust me!).  The last line of the card said, "Ask me about July 20th." 

I looked up at him and screamed, "YOU SOLD THE HOUSE?"  And he said, "WE sold the house!"

We still can't believe it! 

P.S.  Saint Joseph must have worked!  I even called my boss to let her know!
